The first Veteran Run organised by the club took place on Saturday 13th June 1959 and the route was Clonmel to Waterford and back the following were the officials:
There was an entry of 26 Cars and 7 Motor Cycles. The oldest Cars were 1900 Renault entered by W. H. CoBough, Dublin and 1900 De Dion entered by K. Stokes, Cork. The oldest Motor Cycle was 1907 Triumph (3 Y2H.P.) entered by L. Cohen, Cork.
